Before I begin, I just want to thank each and every person who decides to read this entire letter. Thank you. This is an open letter to my fans, friends, and family. I have written pages of text about everything I would like to say, and have narrowed it down to the following:
As we experience different things in life, we continue to grow. In nature, anything that isn’t growing is considered dead. As of recent, I have been experiencing life changing events and have been growing as a person throughout. I know that the majority of people reading this haven’t heard new music from me, or even physically seen me in quite some time. I have been away, but trust that things in my life are better than ever. I have gone through stages of change in the past six months, and am openly offering insight to anyone who wants perspective.
Artists typically worry about their image, or what they will lose, if they disagree with what their fans/public think. I still keep in mind that no matter how many songs I make, I am still myself, a real person. With that said, I am currently in the process of creating two albums, and writing a book. In my opinion, it isn’t unique that I’m doing this. What’s unique is the reason WHY.
